Terms of Service for Mini Apps
Mini Apps (“MA”) on OpenWeb3.io allow you to connect directly to third-party Service Providers (“SP”) to access services or purchase goods through the OpenWeb3.io app.
These Terms of Service for Mini Apps (“MA Terms”) govern your use of the Mini App Feature (“MAF”) provided by OpenWeb3.io and constitute a legal agreement between you and OpenWeb3.io. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to OpenWeb3.io, and “you” refers to the user of the MAF.
When you access a Mini App (“MA”), you may also be subject to the terms of the respective SP, which are in addition to these terms.
- Acceptance of MA Terms
By using the MAF, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms, in addition to OpenWeb3.io’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any specific terms for each MA you access. These terms may be updated without notice. If you decide to make a purchase via a MA, you may also be subject to the terms of the payment provider handling your payment.
Continued use of the MAF constitutes your acceptance of these terms, including any future updates. - Mini Apps
All services and products provided via MAF are managed by third-party SPs. OpenWeb3.io does not process payments or hold funds, and is not responsible for the operation or maintenance of the SP’s MA. You acknowledge that:
You are accessing services directly from the SP;
OpenWeb3.io only provides SPs with access to third-party payment providers and does not handle payments;
SPs may have additional terms that you must follow;
OpenWeb3.io is not liable for any risks or consequences from transactions with SPs.
The SPs are solely responsible for the content, goods, services, and performance of their MA. Any issues or disputes should be addressed directly with the SP. Refunds or cancellations for purchases made via MAF are subject to the terms set by the SP. - Payments
OpenWeb3.io does not process payments. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers selected by the SP. OpenWeb3.io does not store your payment information, and all data is managed by the payment providers.
Disputes related to payments must be addressed with the payment provider or SP, and OpenWeb3.io is not responsible for any payment-related issues. - Privacy
4.1 Data We Share
When you use a MA, OpenWeb3.io will collect your IP address. Depending on the MA and how it was opened, OpenWeb3.io may also share basic information like your user ID, public name, username, and profile picture with the SP. This data is shared to provide services.
4.2 Data You Share
You may voluntarily provide data such as your phone number, text, media, or location to facilitate the services offered by the SP. This data is sent directly to the SP, who is responsible for its processing and storage. OpenWeb3.io does not have access to or control over data shared with the SP. - Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAF is provided “as is” and “as available.” OpenWeb3.io disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. OpenWeb3.io does not guarantee that MA contents, goods, or services are accurate, reliable, or error-free.
OpenWeb3.io is not liable for any damages, losses, or interruptions related to the MA services or payments, including inaccuracies in pricing or delays in data transmission. - Modification of MAF
OpenWeb3.io may, at any time and without notice, modify or suspend any features of the MAF. SPs are responsible for ensuring their services remain compatible with MAF. Changes may include altering or discontinuing features, limiting access, or modifying how users interact with MAF. - Changes to MA Terms
OpenWeb3.io will periodically review and update these MA Terms. Any updates will be effective when posted on the official website. Please check regularly for the latest version of the Terms.
